CASALE and DEPENDANCE in RESIDENCE

All apartments and rooms of our residence are equipped with  air-conditioned, kitchenette, sat TV, telephone, safe, wifi internet, provided with bed linen and towels.

You can choose to stay in the Casale or in the Dependance

CASALE

In the CASALE an atmosphere reigns of other times, including stones, beams and bricks and particularly well-kept furniture

The triple rooms
On the first floor, with a loft, till three beds, large bathroom with shower, equipped with every comfort (sat TV, internet wifi, safe, air conditioning, fridge); we carry out daily cleaning, included in the price of the stay. Animals are not allowed.

The ground floor room
On the ground floor, three beds, with private entrance and own  garden, bathroom with shower cabin. Services included: sat TV, wifi internet, safe, air conditioning, bed linen and towels. Pets allowed.

The suite with fireplace
On the first floor, five / six beds, two bathrooms. A particular environment, composed of two separate rooms, two bathrooms, a living room with fireplace and double sofa bed, a mezzanine with a double bed, a mezzanine with two single beds. Sat tv, wifi internet, safe, air conditioning and bed linen and towels are included in the price. Animals are not allowed.

DEPENDANCE

In DEPENDANCE the style is practical, dynamic and functional,
apartments on the ground floor, studios and two-room apartments, each with its own entrance and small garden equipped with table and chairs.

The Studio Apartment with  three places. An open space with a complete and equipped kitchenette, double bed and single bed, hallway, large bathroom with shower cabin. Sat tv, wifi internet, air conditioning, safe, and bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are allowed.

The two-room apartment with four places. Composed of a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a hallway, a bedroom and the bathroom with shower. Sat tv, wifi internet, air conditioning, safe, and bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets  allowed
